I’m not sure where the disconnect is but I’ve been in contact with Will for over a week to get the wheels the sent me returned and a new set sent back out. The finish was flawed on all four wheels and I sent pictures to your email address that were verified by Will. He’s gone quiet and no he won’t return me emails. I’ve been patient but I want the product I ordered or I’d like a refund, please. Can you please email or DM when you get this? I’d like to resolve this amicably.

As I have mentioned in the last email I sent 4 days ago that we'll get this sorted out the soonest time possible. I've forwarded the images you shared to our guy in Asia but unfortunately, it is taking longer time than usual to get an answer. Another issue we have is we already sold out our 763M Style Gloss Black and so I could not offer a replacement. I was looking at the possibly of offering a different variant if you are interested. I know this is frustrating on your part and once again I apologize for the inconvenience. If you wish to get a refund, I'll send a PM so we can finalize the return and refund right away.

It’s been just shy of a year now having my 437m style on. I’ve gone back and forth a few times thinking that it was just bad tire balancing, but turns out they tend to bend VERY easily. Not new to this, either. Visible on the outer lip and shop pointed some out on the inside. Not really sure where or how, but none of my other cars have this issue. Not trying to bash, but just warning others as there may be varying quality of reps out there.

So sorry about your experience. It's true, there are varying quality reps in the market. There are cheaper ones you can in other marker places. There are also the gravity cast versions. If you purchase the wheels from us and there's quality issues, please feel to reach out and we can discuss the warranty. While there many factors come into play, we do our best to make sure we provide value to our customers.

I never reached out because the original website is gone. Wasn’t aware there’s any type of warranty on these.

If you would go back to the initial conversation, I make it a point to always include the warranty. We are confident on the quality of our wheels so much so that we offer 2 years instead of the 1 year warranty like most after market wheel vendors. Yes, the old website is gone because we rebranded with the purpose to make it easier for our customers to purchase and in your case connect w us if for whatever reason you are not happy with the purchase. We want to be transparent and open as much as we can. And while we understand we cannot make every customer happy, we do our best in each and every transaction.
