TPMS failure?
Counting down the 4 weeks until I get my new 4GC, and trading in my current F30 - bought from the same dealer.
Got a TPMS warning a few days ago, and its misbehaving. Did a reset and it came up fine - 2.0 at the back, 1.8 at the front, no individual tyre has an issue. checked externally with a gauge and they match. But it keeps popping up and saying there is a pressure issue - so I'm resetting every time I get in the car. Also if I do a reset then come to a halt (eg at the lights/junction) then it'll often pop up the pressure warning again. Still under warranty but wondering if I can just ride it out? |

Well a look at my 4GC (F36) rating plate on the B pillar suggests the pressures you are running are way too low. Something like 7psi, 0.5 bar below standard pressures.
As it's not an F30 I suggest you check your plate and let us know what it shows. |

I kept getting TPMS errors and on checking tyre pressures on my F31 on 19’s they were 1.9 bar front & 2.00 bar rear !
I have inflated to 2.5 bar all round & everything is now error free. |
