great build man. my car started off almost the same way, except came with better wheels. the front bumper is driving me crazy, but i don't think i'll replace it cuz i'm leasing for 2 more years. how much did it cost you total?
At this point, I'd venture to guess that I've spent somewhere in the neighborhood of $5-6k on modifications. Though, I've probably made about $2k of it back after selling the OEM parts that were replaced. Thus far, everything I've added has been purely cosmetic. I'll move onto some modest performance mods at some point later this year.

Here's a list of everything I've added to this point.

-Replica M6 Wheels/Tires w/ TPMS
-M Sport Front & Rear Bumpers - BSM
-M Performance Front Lip
-M Performance Rear Diffuser
-DEPO LED Angel Eye Headlights
-Kidney Grills - BSM
-Replica F80 Mirror Caps - BSM
-Rear Deck Spoiler - BSM
-OEM Exhaust Tip - Black Chrome
-M Sport Steering Wheel/Airbag
-M Performance Interior Trim Kit - Alcantara/CF
-Window Tint (15% Around/35% Windshield)
-BMW Emblems - Carbon Fiber
-Gloss Black B Pillar Posts
Hey man, car looks great! Where did you get those f80 mirror cap reps??

Got this beauty 4 months ago and I'm almost done with the exterior mods.

CF M performance front lip
Gloss Black M Performance diffuser
Cf side mirrors, soon to be CF f80 mirrors
Muffler + resonator delete
Alcantra/CF interior trim

Things left to do:
Jb4/dinan tune
BMS intake
Springs
Auto dip rims bronze, did one rim but didn't have time for rest lol

^^Nice work dude! Do the OEM Carbon Fiber F80 mirror caps fit the F30 side mirrors? Hell I may look into buying a pair if they do but I didn't think they'd fit on the F30. Can anyone confirm? Unless of course you're going aftermarket....

For you BSM guys with the front splitters--I bought the M performance OEM splitter and I have a BSM 340 on the way. I'm thinking about just leaving it with the matte finish and not painting. What do you guys think looks best? I know it's subjective but figured the matte gives a little texture to the BSM (I got the diffuser as well and also planning to leave it unpainted).

I left my diffuser matte, most seem to do so, and i think it looks best.
As for the front, IMO i would paint the parts that cover the bumper up and leave the "lip" part matte.

Two small areas, shouldnt be much. Shop around and get it done before hand. Install looks like a simple DIY.

Before and after pics of course..!

Welcome to the club! I'm a Honda guy too and recently bought a BMW after a long hiatus. They're great cars that drive super nice. Just a bit more pricy for maintenance but worth every penny!

Ouch. That's the toughest!! I had to give it over to the shop to tint it and they only had it for the night and I was dying! Thankfully, I was able to drive my fiancÚ's 328i which was a nice substitute though!

After working with the insurance company they decided to purchase me a new set of wheels if I could find something in stock ready to ship. I purchased a set of HRE FF01 in Gloss Silver and had them the following week. Sadly my car is still not complete, even after sitting for 3 months. They some how failed to order a new front lip for my car and a replacement steering rack that has been on back order for about a month has yet arrived. I just picked it up and Houston and will be having the rest of the issues taken care of in Dallas as well as a new wind shield.

**Yes. Just noticed there is a lug nut missing on the rear driver side.

Just a couple quick shots I took today and I think they turned out pretty well! Once I get my car back to Dallas and have the remaining issues sorted out I will definitely get a detail and some better shots.

What suspension is this?
