What are you guys talking about re: fog lights? I got fog lights on my 2014 base 328i that has no options (a.k.a "stripper" car).

The msport guys don't get fog lights because that space is used for the extra inter cooler to breathe when you add the PPK. 2014 msports I think don't have a PPK option...most likely since they are trying to figure out why half the PPK 335 f30s out there are limping. Since they can't add on a PPK, maybe that is why they get fog lights now.

I just looked at some pictures of the local dealer's new '14 inventory, and on the base models, they have the sport leather steering wheel, same as what comes on the sport line, with the only difference being the stitching is black, not red.

They are talking about fog lights with M Sport line, if the picture you've attached is yours, that is a sport line not an M Sport line.

Mine (the one in the pic) is no-line, actually. I kinda assumed if it is available on no-line, it should be available on all other lines.

Not true - my 2104 msport has the MPPK option... and does not have fog lights. I have seen numerous 2014 Msport lines at the dealership (328 AND 335) and NONE of them have fog lights...

A.S.S. did change for MY14. It defaults to OFF when selecting Sport/Sport+ and remembers your last setting. No coding required.
