looking for a part number for a front bumper clip

Was trying to replace the front kidney grills and noticed that I was missing one of the C clips or fastners where you slide the front bumper cover off from after you loosen the 6 torx screws. Checked REALOEM and the diagram only shows a C clip with a nut but this C clip doesn't have a hole and was wondering if anyone knew what the part number of this part was.
