Help to remove door cards with threaded bolts

I'm currently upgrading the ambient lights on the door cards, done the rears fine but it appears the previous owner has threaded both bolts under the handle trim on the front passenger door and one on the driver door (the heads are fine, it's spinning inside the door)

Anyone any ideas on how I can get the bolts out? Tried applying pressure both ways with no luck and the cards won't pull off whilst there still in.

Have bought replacement bolts 07147277470 and nuts 07147265039 but I still need to get the original ones out, hoping there's an easier solution to drilling them out.

I'm guessing the nuts sit in the door and not the door card, they are plastic but I don't think I could force them out.

Try loosen the clips of the door cards. And while pulling a little unscrew the screw. It might come out.

Thanks Gizmo, will give this a try.

After thinking about it I dont think it's the bolt that's spinning, I think it's the plastic nut spinning inside the door.

Hopefully a bit of force will get them out but I need to wait for the parts. I'll get there one day 😁
