Question Has anyone used this site and product?

I am looking at replacing my lower control arms. Has anyone bought from this site or used TRW products?

If you use PayPal - they are great about refunding - should site not be legit.

FCP has a good rep, TRW has been making automotive parts for a hundred years. Originally an American company it's now part of the German ZF Friedrichshafen AG corporation.

With some parts I would stay with OEM like pumps, engine internals and gaskets. But I was thinking with suspension parts I should be okay as long as I don’t go with some crazy off brand that cost $10 bucks when original cost $200. I can’t move forward with an alignment with out replacing the lower control arms.

TRW/ZF Friedrichshafen AG is an OEM supplier. You'd be surprised to find the percentage of car parts that aren't made by the car manufacturer. It's a lot more economical to buy control arms from a control arm factory that makes them for a dozen car brands than to make your own.

FCPEuro
has good prices on both OEM and OE parts with lifetime warranty/replacement. Been using for several years and pleased. I had an issue with a upper coolant hose that would not mate with heater core hose. Thought it was a bad part. FCP was very helpful and ready to replace until I discovered the male end of the heater core hose had expanded over the 107,000 miles of heat cycling. Good company by my experiences.
