F32 Steering Wheel Knocking

Hi All

My 2016 420d M Sport went into BMW last month to have the steering rack replaced as I had a knock when going over pot holes and also the knocking when moving the steering wheel side to side with the engine off.

All done under warranty.

Thing is the knocking from shaking the steering wheel has come back / just noticed it again? If this was the thrust piece issue then would a new rack not resolve this?

I also now have a slight thud when applying the brake when reversing.... is this linked?

Anyone had any issues with steering / arms / suspension?
