If you can’t do 4th gear due to speed/safety, do 3rd gear. That would be good alenough too. FULL throttle through the ENTIRE range!

Haha, this is only from 3000 to 4500 rpm, so still far from a complete log. But at least the data that is there looks good.

You really can't make a log from 2500 to 6500rpm ? In one gear. Anyways you're probably fine from what I can tell with the little info you give us.

Thanks, checking Stg2 graphs and one is up to 5900 rpm but understand 6500 will be more suitable.

I have few stupid questions:

1. Is it normal that stage 2 comparing to 2+ feel more torqui at lower rpms? Iam not sure maybe just a feeling but i dont feel much difference betwen Stage 2 and stage 2+

2 What about cylinder corrections? F.e. on stg2+ log cylinder 1 and 2 looks weird, nr. 3 4 5 6 are fine. Are these values normal ? I would like to keep vechichle for longer time (next car gonna be full electric bimmer) Should be there zero values? Does my car have misfires ? MHD doenst have misfire counter like bimmer link f.e. which is showing misfire occasionaly.

thanks for answers !

This is something I been reading by other people too, that they don't feel a difference. I wonder if it has to do with what MHD version you are on, or if it matters you are on multi-map or not. All I can say, is that when I did log the Stage 2+ pump map (93oct/98ron) I had around 19 psi mid range so it is DEFINITELY stronger than "normal" Stage 2 which doesn't even come close to 19 psi. I do have to say I have good quality fuel and barely ever have any timing corrections.

This is an old Stage 2+ 98 log of mine but it wasn't the best log either and I think I had wheelspin, but it seems my boost target was higher than yours.

Most importantly your car runs safe and log looks good

1. There isn't much difference between Stage 2 and Stage 2+ on RON 98! This has been declared by MHD too. The max power is the same, only slight improvement is in mid-range, according to MHD. With RON 98, you are octane limited and not fuel quantity limited, which is why a HPFP upgrade brings very little. Which is why it took long for MHD to even introduce Stage 2+ RON 98 as initially they were claiming there isn't anything to gain at all. This said, you should not feel Stage 2 "torquier" than Stage 2+. That is rather weird. Maybe a subjective thing.

2. Again - it is not the individual numbers that can be given thumbs up or thumbs down.... one needs to look at the big picture! small corrections on individual cylinders occasionally are totally normal. Continuous corrections, which don't really clear up and on the same cylinders can indicate something else! So do not get locked by digits in isolation! That's why people analyse logs, not values.

Changing sparks and coils will not do anything for you! Some corrections are normal. If you want to have less to none - you need higher octane fuel / Ethanol.

P.s. You need to take into account that even on a completely stock vehicle and tune or the BMW MPPSK, you would still have some random timing corrections, especially if you drive on RON 95 or lower. It is just the electronics doing what they are supposed to do in order to maintain a safety net.

This said, do not think that if logs are good, then your vehicle is perfectly fine with any tune! Don't forget that the combustion process (which is essentially all we are monitoring using the logs) is only one side of the story. Another is all the mechanical stress, extra load on engine, gearbox, drivetrain, etc... All of us seem to easily forget that.

Yes i realize that any tune is lowering lifetime of vehichle parts…
But to be honest i use the power just for overtaking 99 percent i drive according to regulations.

I would like to ask 2 questions : In england is possibility to improve HP50 with HP75 parts , sadly in continental europe i did find any simillar solution.

What is value knock interpolation?

Not surprising at all. You may even realise you get different quality fuel from different stations within the same chain. It also has to do with how old the fuel is. But also take the environmental conditions into account. It is to be expected to get more corrections as temperatures increase.

As i mentioned its much worse now on omv ron 100 fuel

You should not judge by logs which are not WOT. The data is simply irrelevant. To have a datum, you need to always log at WOT. Anything else has too many variables to compare.
