1. Try a lower octane map or better quality fuel (you have knock and massive timing corrections)

2. Dont rev so high, shift at 6300 or 6100 (WGDC and boost control are wavy up top)

I was using shell 93 nitro+ with liqui moly speed tec
And I was using the steptronic

Should I upgrade my spark plugs too? Got them like 10k miles ago and can an ignition kit help the timing?

If by upgrade you mean put a new set of OEM bosch at stock gap, you can try. May not make a difference though. Not all 93 octane is good enough, fuel quality varies quite a bit throughout the US, and lots of people run the 91 map with 93 fuel.

Coils usually dont help with timing corrections, only with "spark blowout" issue at larger gaps.
