Exhaust cutout wiring?

----EDIT----
Figured it out, thanks everyone!

Recently ordered an electronic exhaust cutout but every shop I've called isn't willing to do the wiring.
What's the easiest way to access 12v from under the car?
I've heard of there being a grommet in the trunk battery compartment that can be taken out but I don't know where it is.

Any info appreciated

Thanks!

You would want to run a line from the engine bay, heat shield it along the downpipe track, terminating at the cutout.

when i had a cutout it was wired straight up to the battery in the trunk, just follow the battery power lines. tbh though i didn't like it a bit, it was cool though.

It just has to be a 12V source. You have to run it to a button in the cabin anyways, you can draw power from any constant 12V source in your interior.
