Leaning towards BC racing coilovers myself. Heard great things about them.

I'm just not familiar enough with them to recommend. Not gonna lie, "made in Taiwan" doesn't give me as much confidence as H&R, KW, Bilstein being made in Germany.

They've been around the aftermarket seen 10+ years. The have a solid rep on these forums with older BMW models. KW owners for the f30 have been reporting the highest setting is too low.

Yep, I have the same issue with KW's on my A4 and have had a bad enough experience with their customer service that I won't be buying them again.

In other news, finally got my CKS coils installed. The ride height adjustability/range is very good. Crappy dark pic but you get the idea, and there is room to go lower if I so choose. Wheels going on this week, then I will post more pics

Damn, this looks slammed. When did you get this done? I wonder if it will settle even lower in a couple of weeks? I remember my KW's settles A LOT..Had to get it jacked up a couple of times

As Number said, no noticeable change in height from settling in with the Swift springs. However, there is actually room to go lower, but I'm good at this height for now haha.

How much lower could that go?

To be honest, I almost got CKS with the swift springs. I cheaped out though and went for the KW V2's. Still like my set up, just interesting to hear all the positive feedback about the CKS

Anybody know the story on compatibility with xDrive and adaptive suspension? I know KW makes the kit to cancel errors caused by no longer having the ability to use adaptive suspension, but do any of the applications offer the ability to work WITH the OEM adaptive function? That would be ideal, IMHO. Sure, springs are always an option, but other than the KW height adjustable springs (available yet?) I don't like not having the ability to dial in ride height. Regarding xDrive, I'm assuming the suspensions are different enough that entirely separate kits are required. Does anyone know if there are xDrive kits on the market yet? I'm ordering an F31, which is xDrive only and originally spec'd it with the adaptive suspension, but will cancel if that means my only option is springs.

Pretty damn low, I'm afraid to find out

Current height with the CKS on 19's. Unsure if I'll be raising it up a tad for the next wheel setup though:

I wish Ohlins made the Road and Track(DFV) kit for our cars. Those are so sweet.

Will the H&R coilovers work with the adaptive M suspension? I don't want to lose the ability to adjust my settings? Excuse the noob question. But I really want a lower ride and I might as well go with a coilover set up rather than just the springs.

quick question, why is BC Coilovers so much cheaper than the others?
is there other costs involved?

the $999 pricetag is very attractive because its under the Australian import tax threshold..

Bit of a stale thread, but I'd like to know the answer to this too. That's cheaper that K-sports and I haven't read any good reviews on them. To be fair, I haven't heard or read anything bad about BC.

I have a B8 S4 and I had to get new rear springs for my KW V2 for me to be happy with them as they were too low. I now want to work on my F30 and am definitely NOT getting KW.

Curious--why do people get swift springs? I asked my supplier what they are using on F30 and he said KW V3 with swift springs. (I had to search swift springs as I had not heard of them). Lastly, am I going to have warranty issues? The car is only 5 mos. old.
