K8 Strasse have finally done it?

Don't rely on bigboost to deliver flash.
I wouldn't rely on them for anything.
I'm still waiting on parts for my TBI kit from January.

The car fights the extra fuel for sure. But I can run higher boost with stayin in the mid 13's AFR

I need to get to a Dyno see what kinda extra power it's putting down if any.

An N54 here, reading these threads lusting after a B58.
However quite happy how this thing pulls hard even to this day.
Hope a flash is figured soon for all your sakes, and for me in a couple years

i'm following the thread on n54tech too. are they just completely ignoring you or is it just a significant delay for parts?

my car is stock. my question was out of curiosity, not a challenge. I just haven't heard anyone say that a certain power level is undriveable. it seems like people are having good luck with pure/big boost setups just by adding meth.

He was referring to Juan at Big Boost USA. It's too bad because his B58 kits looked really promising. I wouldn't go anywhere near someone that treats customers like that.

I reached out to bigboost to ask if they'd tailor a price to those who already had upgraded downpipe and charge pipe. No response. No use for the extra parts.

According to the Bentley manual the crank and rods are forged and some have pistons as well.

Strasse follows them on instagram. I'm guessing they'll be an authorized dealer for whatever Strasse has created

The B58 is what the N55 should have been in terms of a predecessor to the N54. Like everyone hates it because of its weak top end. Long story short the B58 is picking up the baton from the N54 and running with it hard.

It's the same DME. B58 will be along for the ride. This specific car just happens to be a b48. They have b48 and b58 hashtags along with the post.
