N20 data logs

So I flashed my 2015 bmw 320i to bm3 stage 1 91 octane. Everything looked good to me besides I saw a knock detection spike on the log and was wondering if Anyone knows what it might have been. It doesn’t sound like rod knock and I doubt it’s timing since timing chain was replaced within the past 2000 miles. The spark plugs are at their original gap as well. Would appreciate any thoughts and or recommendations. THANK YOU

mods:
5’ HD vrsf intercooler kit
Dinan n style ignition coils
K&N Dropbox filter
