check engine comes on but check control sez "all systems OK"

this is B48 2018 m.y. 330i X with about 10K miles.

I had low coolant come on but dealer fixed that. Now this has cropped up?

Also the instrument cluster "color" seems to change randomly or or not come on.

Anyone had problems like this?

What is the best course of action.

Check engine light is not tied into the CBS monitors, you can have a check engine for things unrelated to those items. Best to get your own scan tool and check the severity or just take it to the dealership when you can.
