Worth it. I just did mine, it took about four hours to do the wrap, not counting the time to take the wheel off the car and put it back on again.

Looks absolutely awesome, any regrets / tips?
Might try to install myself to save some money, or find somewhere reasonable. You're right about M-sport steering wheels being a lot for what you get, so this is a good alternative. Now to pick the stitching.. |

If I were you I'd find an upholstery shop to install it. It's DIY-able but it's very time consuming, tedious work. Buy it!!

Watch this video:
But don't do it that way. I tried the video method, it didn't work for me. Lifting the clip from that angle the screwdriver would hang up between the clip and the bracket the clip goes over, increasing the force that it took to pull the bag. Working through the slits on the wheel is a PITA as well, as you can't see the clip. I used a combination of the two methods. I pulled the cowling pieces to get a view of the wheel from behind, then inserted a long #20 torx screwdriver through the slit to move the clip. That way I could see the clip being moved far enough to release the bag. You need to use a torx screwdriver, because it's thin and has no large head. You'll see why when you get the bag off. Inside the wheel there's a narrow guide channel molded into it from the slit to the clip, too narrow for the average diameter screwdriver shaft to fit into. |

There are two slits on the back of the steering wheel, at about 5:00 and 7:00. Their positions are embossed in the wheel cover, you have to push the torx driver through where they're marked. I count at least ten youtube videos showing them. For instance:
