Coding required for new front seats?
Switching out my front seats for coral red from a wrecked car, swapped my seatbelts over and everything, and now I have a driver's restraint module light on the dash. My code reader isn't able to read the codes either.
Does my car need to be coded for the new seats? The passenger seat is fine, but the driver's seat can't be adjusted or anything. Thanks! |

If you have el. seat then you will need to inject cafd and VO code seat module(SM or SM2).You will need esys and enet cable

Solved, switched over my module and airbag from my original seats to my new ones. And no, electric seats, just went from black to coral red.
Driver's restraint and everything went away when I swapped my old modules into the new driver seat. Didn't change the airbag/modules for the passenger seat. |
