Has anyone on here used them for servicing? I buy parts from them quite regularly and they seem decent, and they are the nearest Sytner to me.

The 2 dealers closest to me are both useless, so thinking of giving them a try.

I've seen Sytner Leicester on Matt Armstrong's channel and they look very high tech and decent!

I've never used them for servicing because their quoted prices have always been too high. I do buy parts there from time to time.

I've also found their car prices to be too high over the years, and their knowledge of the ins and outs of the EGR recall / coding / effects on the remap / etc was piss poor.

I used them for servicing when the cars were in warranty/service pack. Now I use https://www.independentbmwgarage.co.uk/ just up the road from them. Much cheaper and really good.

I use Sytner Leicester and no real complaints other than washing my car once after a service when I asked them not to. I now have a sign I hang from the rear view mirror.
