So I messaged daw and also recommended ds2 for 600whp or more. Tu will work but not as much power. I’ll just save for that as it will support more hp then I’m hoping for as kern417 recommends I think he says 20% over your goal.

Why not pick the tuner you want to use and then ask him what he recommends and what he's had the best luck with??
I'm sure he has a preference on what tuning software you use as well (mine did). So I went with what he was most comfortable tuning on and his recommendations. Not what a bunch of random people on the internet wanted me to get

Do yourself a favor and don't go with Jordan or Paul Johnson. Just pick someone who actually tunes the cars themselves instead of having hired people do it.

Also regarding charge pipe meth, just don't do it. It's inconsistent and a lot of tuners out there don't recommend it.

Perhaps you should call a few and have a conversation with them about it...

That being said I went with David Shoup and he's very well regarded around the forums and he does good work.

Although he seems to be very overloaded. So getting revisions sometimes took a few days and a phone call or email to remind him
