Feedback On: Wagner Tuning Upgraded Intake Manifold

Anyone have any data for this other than what the manufacturer claims? kern417 made a video on it about a year ago but that was speculation at the time as the product hadn't released and was for the supra. Looks like there is one for Gen1 available and I'm interested in purchasing but need some proof that its actually as good as they claim.

Sure it’s the same as the one for the Supra, in which case, it’s worth it just buying a proper one (EOS, AMS).

Supra testing was around 40 degrees ambient, IAT still climbed 20+ degrees. It’s a cheap 2 pass core design, which isn’t good for IATs in the first place. Better than stock, sure but not worth the money.

Also if it’s anything like the Supras, and you plan to go PI, it doesn’t come with rail or injectors - so add that cost on.

As an early adopter on a 1st revision billet intake manifold of another brand, my advice is to wait and see actual results. These are $3k-$4k+ and in hindsight was a mistake. There are some proven ones out there, and the 2nd revision of the brand I bought is having great real world results.

I have not seen much data on this specific one, but their M3/M4 S55 cooler is highly regarded.

One of the best, if not the best, on the market.

I would get the osprey performance intake manifold if you do not plan to push more than 34psi as that will go out of the stock intercooler core's cooling limits. It also comes with the fuel injectors + fuel rail as well.

The Osprey intake manifold does not cool better than the stock intake manifold which isn't worth it to me when summers reach 105F here.

It's released now so just waiting on more data. There are a several big turbo B58s in europe running it.

My Wagner manifold arrived this week. I am happy to share data once I get it installed and track season starts.

It will be on my Supra but the data should still be useful.
