Mppsk exhaust and tune questions

I was under my daughters new-to-her 2018 440, and noticed the muffler is etched M-Performance, and the chrome tail pipes have ///M. There is nothing in the engine bay to indicate the Mppsk status. Is there a way to check for the associated tune, or any other tune that accompanied the exhaust?

The "M Performance" on the exhaust canister is more outwardly stamped than etched. You should be able to activate the valve in the exhaust by toggling from comfort to sport. The exhaust will be louder in sport. At speeds and once up to temperature, letting off the gas in sport will result in pops and bangs out of the exhaust. Lastly, the sport displays show a higher top HP rating (400hp, I believe ) if the tune is there.

Excellent information. Thank you. I checked the Sports Display, and it shows a top range of 400hp.

Point being - as far as I remember, the sport display does not change scales in HP and lb ft between MPPSK and non-MPPSK. You need to switch to the proper measurement units to see a difference, as in the linked photo.

i know it was kind of mentioned above but here's the visual difference:

MPPSK muffler:

Regular M Performance Axle Back Exhaust:

As you can see the MPPSK has a stamped M performance logo, while the axleback MPE only has a decal M Performance logo

this is what I'd use as a visual reference for determining which exhaust you have, there are obviously many other ways but I find this to be the easiest for someone new or unfamiliar with the F3X chassis.
