Got really excited about the new camera announcement from Blackmagic Design that I decided to take my current Blackmagic camera out and shoot my brand new 2018 BMW 330i xDrive.

It was a Canadian order, Mineral Grey, M Sport Edition II.

I'm guessing it's similar to the new "Shadow Edition" in the UK, where it basically replaces the M Sport Plus pack and adds black grilles, blacked out inners on headlights, and tinted tail lights

New for 2018...Heads up display, paddle shifters, digital instrument cluster are the main differences....

Yeah. The M Sport Edition II is just a package of features seemingly offered in only some markets. It includes HUD, Sport Transmission with paddle shifters, M Aerodynamics package, M sport wheel, Parking distance sensors, Carplay, and more. If you hit up the Canadian website, www.bmw.ca, and build and price a 3-series you’ll see the full list.

As for the camera I have: Blackmagic Micro Cinema Camera, with Blackmagic Video Assist, Speedbooster for Nikon F lenses.

Are you in a film class or something? Or do you do this for a living?

Reason I asked is because, like many of us, I obsess and take hundreds of pics of my current cars (and past cars). My 12 year old nephew saw all the car pics on my phone and verbatim said "Uncle D, why do you have so many pictures of your cars? Are you a serial killer or crazy? That's not healthy!". It kind of had this profound impact on me because as I watched this clip I wondered why somebody would do this (or take pics of cars, or selfies or whatever) unless it was just to document you purchase or something! Lolol

12 year old fucked me all up!
