Will a New cat back exhaust void my warranty?

Looking to possibly get an after market exhaust other than the m performance, but I'm worried about voiding the warranty.

Appreciate any feedback you all can give me - thanks!

I'd say it will depend on your dealer. The dealers I've worked with generally will not make a fuss about an aftermarket exhaust or intake, for instance - but not all are the same way. Best advice is talk to your SA about it.

That said, I have the MPE (port-installed) and it sounds great. Cat-back on an N55 (single pipe) probably won't do much better, and you run the risk of "highway drone", which can be very annoying.

Just do it. They would have to prove that whatever went wrong was caused by it. So if the tranny goes no way. But if your muffler bearing seize it your fault. Lol!!

Honestly doing a down pipe is your biggest gain and sound improvement (30 hp). You will get cell lights so you'll need JB4 to clear them but unfortunately you'll also gain a shit load of power (60 hp plus). You can also pull this off for under a $1000. Your but dyno will feel the difference.

But watch out there's a lot of experienced ( 50 years plus) people on here that will tell you different.
