Can I install cluster like that on my F30 ?

Definitely not since this is a G chassis cluster and does not communicate through the same bus network as what's supported on your gateway.

So only way to have 6WB in F30 is oem version ?

Yep, you'll need one that's either brand new or virginized for the F3x models.
