No ICOM - a Problem?

Hello all,

I've been waiting for ICOM NEXT A from Germany for several months now. Still no ETA, so perhaps I should settle on another tool.

What I need to do is:
- check trans fluid temp while changing it
- code a new 6WB cluster
- code out Euro spec performance tail lights flicker
- code VLD on my adaptive bi-xenon headlights

Does anybody know if I can do all of the above without using ICOM? If so, what combo of other gadgets / software would you recommend?

This is to go on my F30.

Thanks a bunch!

ENET Cable (OBDII to RJ45 Ethernet). This cable should work fine and its cheapest alternative.
For coding use Esys. Recommended version is 3.27 but 3.30 is fine.
For checking trans fluid temp, ISTA should have an option for reading live data from the trans.
The ENET cable works for both softwares.
