Coding problem: AC don't remember last position

Hi, I coded my F30 320d from Aug 2014 to remember last AC settings.

Already tried:
"IHKA3 3003 MEMORY_OFF=aktiv" after coding the HVAC system is always off every time you start the car, pops on as soon as you touch a button AND if you hit max A/C it shuts off the HVAC? Not sure if I need to code something up, or if the HVAC unit itself has a problem.

Also tried coding: "IHKA3 3003 MEMORY_UMLUFT=aktiv" and the same problem.

Anyone knows how to encode?

All year cars in 2015 here from Brazil, is happening the same thing. Bmw seems that something has changed.

Same, I've never had any luck enabling this on an F2x or F3x vehicle from the 2015 model year here in Canada either. It probably has something to do with some changes on the new IHKA3 or IHKA4 climate ECU.

Someone told me that updating ecu's to the most new update solve this.
