F30 LCI Weird steering rack sound

Hey, i just bought a BMW 318D F30 LCI with 144k km on it, but noticed something strange...

When I strat the car, in the first minute where i turn it on, if I steer sharply i can hear a weird grinding noise in the steering rack... but it really just happens once and once i start driving it fully disappears, and reappears the next day...

Any idea what this could be from? Also I have adaptive steering(like stiff in sport mode, and soft in comfort)

The F3X range has known issues with the steering rack; lots of info on Google and there's a fix/service kit available from BMW directly for this

It's not the knocking noise that i'm talking about, but rather really a grinding noise... I'll try to catch it on video when i start the car

Have you had a look to see if anythings broken/got stuck in/around the suspension etc?

Yep but after listening closely to the sound, it appears more when i press/depress my clutch... wondering what that could be as the clutch has been replaced by BMW 30k km ago
