iPhone Bluetooth Tethering for BMW Online

Hi guys,
Can someone indicate how you coded FDL to make ******ion through 3G/4G operationnal for BMW_online ?
Something special to activate on FDL? because all is OK between phone and NBT, music OK, APPs OK through USB cable, DATA transfer by Bluetooth activated... but when going into BMW Online, I have message that said "no data connection available by the phone..."
It is for retrofited NBT on F30 from 09/2012.

I was able to enable BMW online using the excellent instructions in the "super cheat sheet". I could never figure out how to actually tether the car to the phone so whenever I selected one of the options available it just said no connection is available.
I put it back the way it was but if someone got that to work let us know. Also what can you actually do with it? I know this is different than BMW Apps which require a code.
