This is a 2017 BMW 440i Coupe. Under my 6 year ownership, it has given me virtually zero issues to speak of. 3rd owner, leased & then purchased new from BMW of Roseville.
My initial intention was to create a multi-purpose, track-capable car, however a career change caused me to put those plans on hold. Today I am selling it, as life plans call for the purchase of a home. The car handles like a dream, has been well-maintained, and as long as you enjoy a gritty gearbox hum, then this is the right performance vehicle for you.

• Original 513M M4 wheels (ceramic coated)
• BM3 Stage 1, 91 Octane tune
• Upgraded Shifter Bushings (Turner Motorsport) and Transmission Mounts (Rogue Engineering)
• Dual-Resonator Straight pipe

Flaws:
Some blemishes around the exterior (minutare dents, light scratches)
Two chips in windshield
Rear DS shock leaking

Full Disclosure: In 2020, the previous owner was involved in a solo accident - he drove into a chain-link fence. We’re all familiar with the integrity of a chain-link fence, so damage was minimal: the front bumper was knocked off and a headlight was cracked. What led to insurance issuing a branded title were the scratches left behind on 70% of the body, requiring extensive paintwork & trim replacement.
Receipts of all OEM parts used in repair as well as collision pictures available upon request.

Carfax report, Epicvin report, CarMax appraisal, Options List, and PPI (pre-purchase inspection) are all available.

I went ahead and picked up the original MonroneyLabel. This is as close-to an original window sticker as available. I will note that it has regular Dakota Oyster interior, not individual merino.
Here is also a list of all M Performance accessories currently on the vehicle.






It has been sitting since June, as I have been in Europe doing business, so it’s been hooked up on a CTEK trickle charger. This should keep the battery from a premature death.
