Full 7 speaker, 7 tweeter and 2 subwoofer for the HK S688 BMW sound package.

Comes with the window trim with HK mesh for driver and passenger side.

Cones are in decent shape.

All used in great condition. Out of a 335i M Sport.

It is pretty much plug and play.

The HiFi system has 5 speaker locations plus the underseat woofers. You could install five of the HK mids( 4 in the doors and one in the dash) and you could install 5 tweeters in those same locations. The HiFi only has two tweeters, but the tweeters plug into the mids so you would have 5 mids and 5 tweeters. This is all direct replacement, but you would have to cut the holes in the rear door cards and mount the tweeters or you could choose not to install them. The underseat woofers would swap out easy as well.

You likely won’t get much improvement changing just the speakers as the quality difference in the HiFi vs HK speakers is small, but you would be replacing damaged speakers for good ones and while some others don’t think it helps much I like the extra tweeters.
