I recall in an earlier thread a Canadian member said it was Rogers that provided the internet connection for BMW in Canada. I do not know myself.

In Canada we have a roaming agreement with the various wireless carriers in Canada.

This means your vehicle is able to roam on a variety of carriers depending on the location. So it could be Rogers, or SaskTel or MTS.

This is one of the advantages of the embedded SIM card in the vehicle.

I meant the primary billing (to BMW) carrier. The default carrier.

BTW, any data unit with a sim, embedded or not, will roam providing it is provisioned that way.

Not signing up with AT&T and paying USD for a service in Canada. This was not well thought out by BMW Canada at all.
