Does this sort of wizardry go gown in the dm? If so please dm me... 😌 I’m pulling my hair out trying to get my ewg n55 to pass inspection.

I have a high flow cat if that helps. When I bought it, I was hoping it would pass inspections, but I clearly didn’t pony up enough money for the right downpipe..

If there really is some magic to happen please let me in. I’ve got bm3 for the tuning platform.

Either I am too new or too dumb to figure out how to PM someone (maybe both). But, I am DESPERATE to get my NYS inspection done. I read the original post but because the table names have changed I can't figure out where everything is. In the new BM3 format, the tooltips indicate where DECAT 1-9 are along with two other DECAT 10-11 not mentioned in the original but the Min/Max values are harder to find.

Also, wondering if there was certain combo of off/on that needed to be done so that only 1 monitor was left unready.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm in full tinfoil hat mode lately with all the EPA shenanigans going on and I don't want to risk anyone (person or company) catching any flack from this. I also remember a dude got arrested after posting an unedited video of himself street racing on a subaru forum back in the day, and that was like 2008 -- different situation obviously but at this point nothing would surprise me lol.

There's no way to change the order the readiness checks are performed, the only way you could guarantee they're completed in order is if you performed the drive cycle procedure following ISTA precisely on a dyno (or maybe if you live in the middle of nowhere) which is kind of unrealistic, but don't sweat it. You can try to follow the drive cycle procedure as close as you can, but I'd just drive around normally, try to incorporate some continuous highway driving, and make sure you let the car sit overnight a couple times letting the motor cool down completely.

I did everything in the PDF to a copy of my stock map. After the flash I'm getting a check engine light due to the dp, even with catalytic monitors set to off. Anyone know what gives?

yeah do not post it openly.. the fact that there is a forum post about it is bad already. it's only a matter of time before someone let's the wrong person know really.

Hey, can you guys help me with this? I’m in NY and need to pass inspection. I’m running a catless VRSF Downpipe with a stage 1 bm3 tune.

Which oxygen sensor spacer did you use? Also, did you put it on the secondary (post CAT) 02 sensor? Did you do any drive cycles?
