360 camera and adaptive headlights
Greetings all. I started to notice that my front bumper cameras are foggy probably due to dust, mist, dirt buildup inside the outer lens. Is there any way I could change the lens or at least clean it? I never tried to take it apart since it presented pretty sturdy when I tried to pull it out.
Also, I would like to ask if anyone had any issue with the DRLs that had the "burning" issue? My outer DRLs on both headlights start to turn yellow. I fear that this will become a bigger problem in the near future and I would like to purchase new headlights. Does anyone know where I could find the code for my exact headlights? I know that not all headlights work on a specific model. Thank you in advance. |

Use you car's VIN code (last 7 symbols) at https://www.realoem.com/bmw/ as a start. Look under lighting section.
The yellow color can be resolved by replacing the DRL LED modules. But also you should look inside the headlights once you remove the DRL LED modules at the "ends" of the angel light tubes to make sure that they aren't burnt and are not yellow - some people had this issue. Search here for how to solve that. Good luck.
