BimmerCode Mirror Fold

Hi guys, done lots this week coding wise to my F31 335d and it's all gone well but I can for the life of me work out how to get the mirrors to close on a single click of the fob.

If I hold the button down they fold away, but I'd like to set them to fold instantly on locking

I know it'll be a simple fix but I'm struggling!

Cheers ?

Once in Front Electronic Module section
1) Comfort closing delay (choose No delay)
2) Comfort closing with key fob (choose Active)
3) Comfort opening delay (choose 2.5 secs)
4) Comfort opening with key fob (choose Active)

For Comfort Access:

Scroll down to Mirrors
1) Fold mirrors when locking vehicle with Comfort Access (choose Active)
2) Unfold mirrors when unlocking vehicle with Comfort Access (choose Active)

Hope this helps!

Hey guys, quick question regarding this. I did the settings above but I still have to keep my thumb on the door handle for the mirrors to fold (albeit a very small amount of time). Just tapping the handle locks the doors but doesn't do the mirrors. Is that normal? I thought "comfort access" was activated just by even using the door handle to lock/unlock.

There's also no delay in unfolding when I use the handle even though I set it to 2.5 seconds..

Here is my setting but I still can't get the mirrors folded with 1 click on the handle, I have to hold it for a brief second to make them fold.

I just had my car coded today and it's doing the same thing... when I lock with the fob the mirrors fold instantly however if I lock with CA I have to hold my finger on the door handle. Unlocking is instant with CA or the fob. Did you ever get the mirrors to fold instantly with CA?

Unfortuneately I am finding there are a lot of unknowns when coding. A week or so ago I did a lot of coding for different things. Some stuck, some didn’t!

I coded my mirrors to open and close with CA. The open part stuck. The close part didn’t! Had to push the button on fob to fold them. Today after turning off the warning chimes when I put it in reverse, the folding of the mirrors using the CA came back!

During that same session I coded easy access for the drivers seat. Worked perfectly for a couple of days and then just disappeared again. Have been unable to get it to work again and now the memory function in the drivers seat will also not work. Everything I have coded remains in the system, just refuses to work. Very touchy process, for sure.

That’s exactly why I’ve turned to asking this forum for help before attempting any changes. Lots of great people here willing to help.
