Here are some graphs done at Evolve for standard M3, M3 CP and M4 CS. Interesting to see the high, low-down torque of the early 2016 car. But some say it made it too much of a handful so they dumbed it down for the later cars to improve traction.

I'm on a DMS map, and it's reduced low down as I was having a few issues with smooth power delivery on cruise as a couple of others have with their map on the 35d. The all-out power map was great, and annoyingly fine except when cruising around 80-90 where this intermittent 'pulsing' would occur.
But not to get into that (again) - just it's notably less savage off the line but more linear, retaining the higher end power around 380hp. Mperf app shows 0-60 reduced by about 0.5s on the new map, but that was on heavily worn tyres, need to test again with 4S's now on the rear... If I were keeping it longer I would be looking to do better but sadly she'll be for sale as soon as my new car arrives. |

Hi guys.
I know this is an old thread but I'd seen these impressive figures and thought I should comment I've got my car booked into BMW next week to have the AC SCHNITZER springs fitted along with the bigger intercooler then the car is going to ecotune to be mapped. I'm hoping to see figures like these... I was just wondering in the OP kept this car for long after having this mapping done and if there were any issues at all? Any up to date information on this would be great

Did the OP's car go boom?
First hand experience yourself?

I had my 330d mapped by Ecotune - good numbers and was faultless for the time I had the car. Even better now they don't have to remove the ECU to do the tune.

I had a 535D done by them a few years back.. which my sister now has and it's still going strong with no issues.
