Yeah I tend to agree, my boy fills the entire boot space up!!! It was the reason I got a wagon too, still he prefers it to the E93 !!

Yeah wait until it's rolled in fox poop, then you'll even struggle to go near it without retching... let alone have it on the back seats haha

FWIW smaller dog breeds are ok with hatchbacks but having had a Golden Retriever for 10 years, its much easier to get them in and out of a flat load bay without having to lift in and out and scratching the bumper and rear skirts so the F31 is ideal

Yes the F31 was a bit strange on useable room.

We find the Golf Hearse provides more useable room.



agreed on the split tailgate, miss that not just for the dog but also popping the odd bag in the boot.
