Unknow Torx found on carpet F33 430D

Hello to all,

I found a Torx screw mounted with a bearing on it .

It was under the passenger seat on my f33 430d

The screw is worn out on its thread .

I can’t found where it is coming from seat or maybe convertible roof ?

Or maybe a lost screw which was already replaced ?

Here are some pictures attached.

Thank you for your help !

I doubt if it's there's only one, so finding another one that hasn't fallen out would be the way to identify it.

It does look like one of these already installed:

Which is very similar to screw in E92 seats, but that one uses a plastic spacer:

Interesting how it is partially painted as well. Is there something that matches the color under there?

Are you taking the seats out just to clean under them? I have to take mine out to try to freshen up the seat belt retractor, it's not working very effectively.

Highly likely it is a some kind of anti-galling coating on that machine screw head.
