They are the only parts supplier I have seen do this, so I get why the OP might have that expectation. With that said, I wouldn't expect it from any other supplier. Check you parts, then check them some more.
Yea that was a fun one....

But that was in 2014 when I believe Steve was still around. Half the guys I've spoken to at Dinan recently I don't recognize.

When that happened, Dinan paid for everything to make it right. Things have obviously changed.

Oh yea they're great! It's a real pleasure to drive it now.

I currently have 3 boxes of sway bars in my garage, no return labels have been sent my way.

Still waiting for dinan to call me back. Hopeful we can meet somewhere in the middle and just move on. Life's too short to worry about stuff like this.

Pretty lousy they haven't bothered to call you back. At the least I'd think they want the wrong parts back (I assume they didn't charge you for them?).

Yea still nothing from them...

No they didn't charge me for the replacement parts.
