Hi Shawn,
Even after several attempts, I am unable to edit FDL for HU_NBT or any other ECU's CAFD file for that matter (tried FEM_body as well)...Keeps throwing the below errors at different instances. You think something might be wrong with the E-sys that I have (I am using 3.28.1)? Just realized that my PsdZData folder (version 3.61.4.002) is in a separate directory than E-sys (which is in C drive)..Does the PsdZData need to be in the same folder as E-sys installed?

Although i successfully added 6NS and 609 to FA and coded HU_NBT to get my prof Nav and Bluetooth back (thanks a bunch for your quick reply yesterday, saved me a hassle!!)...Everything works except BMW live/apps - bet Ill be able to FDL code that soon as I figure out a way to access the HU_NBT CAFD file editing.

You need a .EST Token Solution in order to FDL Edit / Code. You are supposed to be using E-Sys Launcher for this.

I read a few things about the esys launcher in TokenMasters post, only installing that and running my Esys will solve this?

Any links to download launcher and description of how it works would be really appreciated.

Hi all - recently purchased an F30 2013 plate. Really annoying that while i have satnav and a combox, i don't have enhanced blue tooth to play audio through my phone and control on the steering column.

I'm going to try coding but I am confused, where do i find e-sys and is it just this and the ENET cable i need?

Really nervous about this and considering paying someone local to sort it, would people recommend that?

You're a lifesaver Shawn, thanks a lot. Everything worked with the E-sys launcher. Few follow up questions:
- For getting connected drive, Internet and BMW live activated again (had it working nice previously), only VO coding 6AK, 616 and 6AR works? Or Ill have to FDL code each separately (only coding for connected driveways mentioned in the cheat sheet)...I dont bother myself much with internet/apps but my connected drive app on my phone can no longer push destinations to the car via USB ..

- Also is the below the correct code for FDL code for touch writing/map/browsing for the iDrive controller?

Yes, those are the Touch Controller FDL Code.

You cannot just simply VO Code Connected Drive, Internet and BMW Live. These are subscription services that require VIN with Authorization.

And VO Coding wipes all FDL Coding. There is no way to retain FDL Coding while VO Coding.

Has anyone figured out how to code the rear fog lamp function for the new 2018 F30/32/82 LED tail lamp clusters? I was able to make the correct headlamp switch modification (grind off 3 tabs) and did the coding that worked on my old 2015 F32

[For reference:
FEM -> 3060 -> NSL_Verbaut (Value= Verbaut)
REM -> 3063 -> Mapping_Nebelschlussl_L_output (Value = nsl_l)
REM -> 3063 -> Mapping_Nebelschlussl_L_function (Value=nebelschlusslicht)
REM -> 3063 -> Mapping_Nebelschlussl_R_output (Value = nsl_r)
REM -> 3063 -> Mapping_Nebelschlussl_R_function (Value = nebelschlusslicht)]

The yellow fog lamp symbol lights in the instrument cluster, but nothing happens in the tail lamp.

Thanks for the info. After doing my retrofit, the vendor logged in via TV and coded everything which made Live, Internet and apps work (not sure how he managed that) with exact same setup. Funnily though, after referring the cheat sheet, i was able to FDL code Internet & live and both are working just fine at the moment.

Only thing that dont work is apps which did before, so I'm inclined to believe there's something that the vendor did which I cant figure out yet. My only intention to chase this is to be able to push navigation destination my from connected drive app on the phone to the car, via USB. Would it be possible to do so without a 9C FSC code? Could it be that the vendor possibly has a generator for 9C FSC (thought only BMW can supply this code at a price).

When you referred me to Gerry for 2017 maps update, my FSC log confounded him and he had this to say "I have never seen anything like this, the VIN of your NBT is from a CIC instead of NBT! Are you sure your NBT is using an Emulator/activation module at the back" The VIN he refers to is from a 2011 model 530D (EUR version). Possible that the vendor activated apps using my donor VIN which had these approved from BMW? (For 2017 maps, I landed up generating an FSC code for maps myself using a generator I downloaded from some other forum members help)..

One more issue, my touch on iDrive controller don't work with the below FDL coding (I coded the NBT_HU CAFD file) - can you tell me what part went wrong?

Internet, BMW Live, and Connected Drive (BMW Apps via 6AK) can be coded by using a VIN with authorization and provisioning the car. Alternatively for Connected Drive (BMW Apps via 6NR) can be coded but car requires a 9C FSC Code. Between various OEM FSC Codes, non-OEM FSC Codes, and Provisioning methods, I am not going to guess what your vendor did.

As for Touch Controller, did you actually retrofit TBX Touch Module too, or just ZBE Controller? If you do not also have TBX in your SVT showing CAFD with Green Dot, then no coding is going to enable Touch Functions.

Hi all, got my 320i 1.6 couple weeks back and after a bit of research on the forum it seems that i have the telematics com box but no enhanced bt active ! The car is manufactured decembre 2013 with business nav so could you please pm the link and also i would really appreciate if you could point out to me what else can be coded on my speck !
