Yeah I've running with DP, resonator delete and modded muffler for couple of months now, really not as loud as I would have thought it would have been ! Noise level is very easy to live with !

Very nice! Resonator delete + M performance exhaust would be perfect

Do Yall know of anyone running AA exhaust with a resonator delete? I'm getting my AA put on tomorrow and wondering if I should do a res delete as well.
Also, does a res delete throw any type of lights or cause rough idling or anything like that? |

For those who deleted their resonator, what size pipe did Yall get put in place of it? The local shops here only have 3 inch whereas the stock pipe is like 3.25
Is a decrease in size really gonna do anything? |

Yea thats weird I couldn't answer you from my app! I was going to say that you have a valve that is closed when its on comfort so you won't hear the complete exhaust sound, once sport is engaged then the valve opens and you get the nearly 100% exhaust note! But glad you like it! These motors don't sound that great!

I'm not saying they are horrible BUT the N54 sounds way better! I do agree our N55's would be great if they where louder! I came out of a 2011 VW GTI which of course was primary catback straight pipes! It sounded amazing & was loud! BUT NOT like rice-burner loud!
