They certainly do. I almost leased a pre-owned 328 F31 couple of years ago. It was about $100-$120 cheaper than the brand new one for the same 3Y/30K miles (On top of what it had). It had less than 10,000 miles. I didn't do it because the car was in Michigan and I moved to Missouri before I could do it.

Most likely that was a demonstrator/Employee car.

As a rule, BMWFS does not lease used cars.
