Need help: Will Z4 rims fit on a 428i (F36)

Need some help with this. Does anyone know if 2004 Z4 rims will fit on a 2016 428i (Gran Coupe) F36?

I know the bolt pattern on both is 5x120 and the center bore is 72.6mm, but is there anything else I need to be concerned about?

Reason I am asking is that someone is selling a nice set of rims/tires that were bought for a 2004 Z4 and I thought they might be nice on my 428i. The rims are 20" and the tires are 225/30/20. I have 18" on my car right now (225/45/18). I used a couple of websites to do a tire size comparison, and these 20" are about .7" smaller in diameter than what I have on (width is exact). I think that is quite signifcant, so if I were to buy these, I would have to take the current tires off and put something closer in size (diameter) to what I have.

Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated...

You need to watch the wheel offsets. That's what'll be different.

If the offset is larger than your stock wheels, you can always just add spacers to compensate.

The offset for F30 20" wheels are +34 for square setup and +36 front and +47 rear for staggered. It looks like 2004 Z4 wheels have a +47 offset for a square setup and +47 front / +50 rear offsets for stock 18" wheels of the same width (8"/8.5") as the staggered F30 setup. So assuming the 20" wheels have a similar offset as the stock size, they would probably be fine if you just add a 12-15mm spacer on the fronts and left the rears alone.
