MPPSK kit in Oz

Good day everyone.

I made an inquiry through OD with regards to the MPPSK for my 2018 340i.

The guy gave me a quote, but mentioned that apparently there is a sell block on these parts as they may not be compliant with Australian regulations.

Is this true or the dealer parts guy did not know what he was talking about?

There was a block in the EU but I heard people were able still get them.

Wouldn't be surprised if that was the case, when I first got my 340i with MPPSK installed I thought it was ridiculously loud and wondered how they ever got compliance for the noise levels.

The MPPSK exhaust is effectively a straight-pipe with no resonators when valve flaps are in the open position
