However, the only thing (that could primarily be causing these issues) between your engine and wheels is the transmission.

Wish you luck with that.
I see. Thank you man.

I don't know if these are the check engine codes or not, though.
I know you’re going to have the dealer check today but doing a quick Google search, your first code is:

P0139 is the OBD-II generic code indicating that the O2 sensor for bank 1 sensor 2 failed to have a voltage drop below . 2 volts for 7 seconds during a deceleration fuel cut off. This failure shows that the engine control module (ECM) has determined the sensor response is too slow.

Hopefully this will give you some insight.

Thank you! I dropped my car off today and they told me they would do multipoint check to see what is going on for $179. They'll call me tomorrow and I'll post it back.

I called them today to find out what would be the problem and they said they need to change low pressure fuel pump and it is $990. I checked the forum and it looks like there are other owners who experienced the same issue.
Someone stated that he replaced his car under California Emission Warranty even though his BMW warranty was up. To bad I'm temporarily in UT but my car is CA car and registered in CA. I will ask if they can replace mine under CEW and I'm gonna call independent shops to see how much the price would be. $990 is not cheap, imo
