Installed the BMS pedal tuner a couple days ago. I like it so far, seems to make the dead spot at beginning of pedal travel much less noticeable.

I have it set 2 "clicks" below the middle setting. Time will tell, but I'm hoping I don't have to keep doing the throttle adaptation.

Last week I drove roundtrip from Pa. to Florida with my better half, putting 2,200 miles on the odometer. I averaged 31 mpg at an average speed of 68 mph. Much of I95 has a 70 mph speed limit. In those sections I set the cruise at 76 mph, which gives an actual speed of about 74 mph, according to the Speed Box app. I used EcoPro mode for a good part of the trip, but tired of its slow throttle response and later switched to Comfort mode. I used 91 octane when available, otherwise 93. The car behaved flawlessly.

What was your experience with just the mid pipes... I'm looking for just a tad more exhaust note and thinking of doing the mid pipes only... For now at least
It sounded good, especially in sport mode. I just needed more sound/volume

I'm thinking of an Agency Intake and BM3 stage 1 tune soon...but I've only had the car a week lol so that's all I have at the moment

As of now sounds stock in comfort when just driving and in sport sounds great. Compared to stock they are similar in tone but the Remus is louder. When I'm on the throttle in sport mode it sounds similar but the decelerations have louder and more frequent burbles.

It is a little quiet in the cabin but as many have said these cars have quiet interiors...all the same I may mess with the cat and mid pipe later...I'm going to give the exhaust time to settle in first. Overall very happy and great sound improvement.

I have a sound clip but I guess I have to upload it to YouTube then I can post it here..

Wrapped my V-bars blue. Love the new look, and yeah, I know I need to loose the front plate, just need to figure out how to fill the holes...

I really like that look. Can you explain how you did that? The color? And I'm in the same boat with the front plate.

My iDrive unit would occasionally (read: every few months or so) shut down and restart so I took it in to the dealer to get it looked at since my warranty was running out. Good news was it was covered and they replaced the whole thing for me.

Bad news, they said the fuel rail had a leak and wanted $1800(!!) Thankfully I have a good indy that I trust and he'll take care of it for a fraction of the cost.

2018 BMW 340i with Remus Axelback exhaust - stock otherwise. Did the revs at 2.5k, 4K, and redline. Overall the exhaust sounds similar to stock but is a little deeper and has more audible burbles on deceleration. I'll likely add some more pipe changes in the future to make it a touch louder. I also did the same recording with the stock exhaust.

Search YouTube for wrapping BMW F30 v brace. It's not too difficult and there are at least two methods (remove brace from the car, or keep brace on the car). I agree, this looks nice!

Wasn't today but finished editing the video today. Actually did this a couple of weeks ago. Not a fun mod but necessary. Fixed one of the usual BMW oil leaks. Oil Filter Housing gasket and Oil Cooler gasket.

Where did you get these carbon fiber looking door pulls? My drivers side is getting sketchy feeling so I'll have to replace mine also at some point.

I wondered the same thing, so I searched.

I found these on aliexpress:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000...E&gclsrc=aw.ds

Then I found what looks to be the same thing on flea-bay for ten times as much, and sadly, I think they are both fake and not real carbon fiber. Maybe the OP will tell us more.

Ali Express is the only site I found that offers the CF patterned ABS pulls. Seem to be very sturdy, packaged well, and the first one went on perfectly. The downside is they took about 7 weeks to arrive.
