New tires

Hey, guys. I'm looking for a new tires (R19) maybe have some offers? I'm thinking about 442 style, does it fit good?

I have F31 Xdrive and need 2 new tyres 225/40/19 but i want to use non run flats for the front and keep existing rear run flats - Is this safe?

absolutely not. Yours is a xdrive so all 4 tyres ought to be the same brand and type(either rft or non rft) and tread. Believe me if you don't you will invalidate your warranty and handling will be poor etc.

Even with RWD that would be a very bad idea, the vastly different sidewall stiffness of RFT versus non would really mess up the handling.
