For those possibly interested but would need to look at finance, there are some offers around on personal loans

Zopa - 3.5% APR 7.5k up to 15k, 3.6% for 15-25k
Sainsbury's - 3.3% APR 7.5% up to 15k, 3.9% for 15-25k
Tesco 3.4% (Clubcard holders) - 7.5k up to 25k
M&S cheapest at 3.8% for under 7.5k

M3 has gone into production today (5200 status) so have updated to what I think is a very good price as a month to go now until I collect

Had some interest from independent places with an offer matching BMWs, but one though felt the need to suggest it would only be up for 23k and therefore he would offer only 19-20k for it

Can certainly see why people just take the p/ex offer to avoid selling privately.

When I sold my 3 had plenty offering several £k less and asking if OK to pick up tomorrow with cash ....No !!!!

Have you tried we but any car etc and Evans Halshaw - they gave a decent price for Fat Kid 1 car.- better than dealer and WBAC

I put my 335d 16 plate with 4,230 miles on through webuyanycar the other day just to see and it came back with 22k!!!

WBAC. "Wankers Believe Alot of Cash" will be given to them by this car supermarket spin off/rip off chain.

They were 5k below my px on my 330xD and any car I've ever put in their quote system is thousands down, and that includes older metal.

And then they will never pay what they quote always finding some reason to knock it down further.

People who use them must be so desperate for cash it's designed for types that also use payday loan con artists.

Final price reduction before it goes as planned p/ex at end of month (M3 now on ship ) and also a local prestige car dealer is advertising it for me so has full finance options available via the dealer.
