No, it's the stock sport suspension but the wheel well might look smaller due to the tires being stretched.

Aside from the looks, which I will not give my honest opinion on out of respect. You have a few other issues. If you bottom out the suspension in a big pot hole, you are going to be due for some body work on a quarter panel. Also, the dirt and grime and stones being kick off by the tire are not going to be stopped by the inner black liners and instead are going to sand blast your bumper and possible the edge of the wheel arches.

I think they look pretty good. Don't really understand why anyone would criticize them when they are your winters. They look better than dropping down to tiny 17s or the very plain set that most people pick for winters. They might be an aggressive offset but the wheel style actually looks sharp on that body. I am in SO CAL now but originally from Kansas City. It always amazed me to see some fool driving his rear wheel drive car in snow with the regular performance tires, slipping and sliding around, holding everyone up while he tries to get traction only to eventually hit slide into someone. Put on a set of good winter tires and you feel like you can climb a mountain compared to the stock performance, non M+S tires. Nice job, now you can enjoy your car through the winter too.

Sorry to bring back a dead thread but I'm actually looking at a set of these for my 435i and I really appreciate you posting this!

Also, I love the look of the aggressive setup. It appears to have paws instead of feet if you get what I'm saying. I am curious if noro was correct in his assumption about bottoming out the suspension = hitting the quarter panel though.

Did you ever have any rub or contact with the quarter?

Having lived on the East Coast in DC area, even in Midlantic region snow tires are a must for safe driving. I hope you will find the right tires even if the rims lack car show appeal. Safety is priceless.
