14 REG is it a scramble or a trickle?

Dealer phoned last weekend and out of the blue said car would be with them today.

Saw no reason why I can't have it Saturday morning March 1st. Am I first of the many or first of the few?

without wishing to tempt providence the following metal will be added to the forum's membership on Saturday.

335D M Sport xdrive Saloon
Mineral Grey, beige Dakota (I know not the forum's favourite combo!)
18 inch standard Msport wheels
Adaptive suspension
VSS
comfort pack
sports seats, electric and memory

As you can see not the forum's sexiest extras model but the only driving aid I ' m still not sure about is the omission of the Xenons. I've even got them on my soon departing Octavia.

Anybody else going Saturday at the crack of dawn?

PS The dealer said that on beige leather models they replace the mats with black in the showroom to protect from the punters. So I have bought some F30 black mats to use until the weather becomes more clement!

Not getting mine until April, but I may get a cheap private plate anyway, I was looking at F32 BMW but that’s pretty car specific, and over £2k

Best of wishes with the new car, bet you can't wait. Ordering without Xenons isn't a move I would have made as they look so cool as well as being much better lights.

Looking forward to seeing MG and Beige.

I'm collecting on Saturday. However, my sales woman has the weekend off... So, doing all the handover on Thurdsay. So, quick getaway after checking over my trade in and my new toy (again) on Saturday morning.

Apparently less than 10 cars from my dealership on Saturday.

I ran the beige mats for a fortnight and decided they were going to best suited for summer. I found a seller on eBay selling OEM F30 mats for £30 - a considerable saving over the stealers.

So I've now got black mats and I actually prefer to look, not to mention their relative ease to keep clean.

WRT beige leather, after 3 weeks there was noticeable discolouring to the base of the driver's seat caused by my dark suit trousers or possibly blue jeans. Either way, 30 seconds with a Dr Leather wipe and they are prestige again.

That's useful n'berg as I've done same as you exactly. My replacement black mats were £20 plus postage. They've got little Msport badges on them which my wife thinks are tacky! what's new! Yours are probably better quality.

Just to say I' m often in Leeds Chapel Allerton so I may park next to you with my beige interior.
