Thanks.

This winters has been more challenging than others to keep her clear with temps consistently below -20C, so figure I'd capture her at her worst if I've captured her at her best. Also trying out some new gear I got over the holidays, a Fuji X-T1 using a 23mm f1.4.

Just plain filthy

Winter set is a set of BBS SRs in 18x8" ET32 with Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2 in 225/45R18.

I'm also looking forward to changing the look of the rear with AWE announcing new products for the F3x.

Awesome! Well done!

I'm picking up an EB F31 tomorrow. Yours will serve as inspiration.

Dammit that's sexy. I love the roof rack! Just curious since I don't live in an area with snow, is it dangerous in some way to be that low in winter? Btw, what is your wheel spec? Fit looks perfect.

Well I'm certainly cringing more than I thought I would will the amount of ice chunks I hit. Just have to be more aware of 3" items on the road.

Wheels are 18x8" ET32 with 225/45R18.

hmmm..those wheels look perfectly flush but those specs are pretty much OEM for the fronts (8" et36). I use a 10mm spacer to get a perfectly flush look with my OEM 442 wheels. Must just be the angle of your photo.

Actually I was mistaken and they are ET32 not ET35.

Man.. I'm starting to wish I got mine in EB, that looks sharp!

How are you liking the AeroBlades? Any issues with the sunroof opening / excessive noise? Considering either the AeroBlade ARB47 vs AeroBlade Edge 7602... edge looks a lot cleaner but loses some of the mountable space thanks to the universal feet.

Thanks. The EBII is one of the things that made me do the change.

The way I have the placed, I don't have issues with opening the sunroof at all. I have them a little forward to prevent the reverse take of the cargo box due to the rear sloping roof line.

I like them a lot but can't comment on the wind noise by themselves as I've had the cargo box on since installing the bars. I bought them both at the same time.

I considered the ARB47 but didn't need the extra width and also felt like the Edge provided a cleaner look. Not sure what the height difference is but the shop guy said the Edge was the lowest bar system and I was looking for something that would provide the lowest profile.

That's one more concern to cross off the list. Thanks!

Absolutely gorgeous. What a great color for the F31, I have the same one in black but yours looks way better haha

Also, this is just assuming based upon your previous buys (Audi A4 wagon, Audi S4), you probably live around, near, or travel near snow since you have four wheel drive. I will tell you, the F31 BMW handles better than anything I've been in before (including an A4 and an S4). Happy driving

Excuse me for this reply, I did not scroll down long enough to see that you posted some photos of you driving in the snow, looking GREAT!

Just enough snow to help plow the roads and plug the front grille.

Reflection of the roof box looks like a big ass vent on the hood
